If your ceramic tile doesn’t look like the proof that you received and approved, you can request another one with the same or different picture free of charge. We will replace any ceramic tile due to manufacturer defect or accidental breakage during shipment. Since all the tiles are custom made, there is no need to return any of them. Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. If not fully satisfied we’ll issue a full refund within 24 hours of the request.

The local funeral home has an option for pet cremation. For reasons not related to this review, I chose to use them, rather than the pet crematorium. I also ordered from them two memorial pieces, including a ceramic tile to put on my beloved dog’s urn. The tile they sent me was terrible. The image was desaturated, de-contrasted, and huge amounts of detail were lost. I cried at the thought of seeing it on my dear dog’s urn for the rest of my life. He was the closest I have to a family of my own.
So I turned to the internet to see if I could find samples of tiles from other studios, and that is how I found Bob’s All Italian Headstone Pictures. The photos from Amazon and his website as well as the photos in reviews not only showed me that the problem was not in the medium of ceramic tile, they were absolutely stunning in how gorgeous they were. I immediately contacted him to arrange to order a tile from him.
Bob was very kind in our exchanges, and eager to make me a tile I would truly appreciate. He expressed absolute confidence that he could make me a tile of much better quality than the one I had. And he absolutely delivered!
Everything the tile I got through the funeral home that was lacking is there in the tile Bob made for me. The colors are vibrant, the contrast and the detail remain. And it was $30 less expensive than the one from the funeral home, even though the quality is clearly superior and comes with lifetime AND satisfaction guarantees. What? A funeral home taking advantage of the grieving? Say it ain’t so 🙄
He also made a second tile to give to the funeral home. Of course, I’m sure, in the hope of getting more business, but I truly believe he also hoped that others would get a truly quality tile for their loved one’s headstone or urn rather than the dime store quality one I got.
